6kg to go on my journey

Postby Melysa » Sat Jan 07, 2012 8:04 pm

Hi Every One,
I am a 34 year old female and I was at 83kg, now I brought myself down to 61kg, and I have 6 to get down to my ideal weight of 55kg. Although I am in the normal range, I'd like to get to the goal. It's a bit strange because I was 70kg even as a teen... so this is quite different for me. I am certain there are others out there who feel that way. If I can insire anyone, or if they'd like to inspire me, that would be great networking.

That's great. I have been stuck at around 60 lately as my goal is 55 aswell.
What did you do that worked for you?

Hello Melysa :) congrats that was amazing! i'm tryng to lose 10kg, so now im into some routinary exercises and sugar free diet. I'm using natural sweetener named (Ad Removed) to replace my sugar needs. It taste the same like sugar but has less calorie content. You can try this one.
