these sushi rolls are DIVINE.

Its marinated grilled tofu... so its not raw and yucky. And there is cream cheese in it too! Soooo good with soy sauce.

Im happy with that. I had a big loss last week, so I am glad I have maintained that.

3 and a bit weeks to lose 1.9kg! I can sooooo do that lol.

Last night for dinner I had 1 Beef Patty and a little bit of pasta, also had sooo much fudge. Whoooops... :?

Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Thai Green Curry Soup
Dinner: TBA

Will post calories later...

I think the hardest thing of all is developing a maintenance plan!

I really have to figure it out cause i've only got 1.9kg to go!!! Then I would have lost 8kg! wow...

MAINTENANCE PLAN:

Ride Bike To and From Work - 3 Times Per Week
Resistance Training - 3 Times Per week
'FUN' Cardio - 3 x 1hr Per Week

Weigh In: The 1st of every month

Food:
Breakfast: Oatmeal w/ Honey
Lunches: Salad Rolls, 2 Sushi Rolls, Salads
Dinners: Whatever Mum cooks, sensible portion
Snacks: Yoghurts, Tuna on Cruskits, Choccies occasionally !

We'll see how that goes...

TODAY:

B: Toasted Cheese & Ham Sandwich + OJ
L: 1 x Sushi Roll
D: TBA

Exercise: Full Body Resistance Training + 20 Minutes Cardio
Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

Yesterday was not so great... pasta for dinner, then weis ice cream later! arghhhhh

Went to the gym and did resistance training however

I had the wost eating day ever today. I feel so bad writing it on here cause i feel like i let everyone down

Breakfast: Bowl of Spaghetti
Lunch: 100g of Kettle Chips
Dinner: Bowl of ice cream + 3 tim tams

whaaaaa?????????????????????

No exercise of course.

I got out some movies today
The Break Up (first movie me and al saw)
Problem Child (fave childhood movie)
History Boys (looks ok, fell asleep halfway through)
Little Manhattan - really really cute movie

hmmm...
might watch scrubs or something.

Didn't weigh in this morning, slept in then couldn't be bothered stripping and stepping on the scales TOO MUCH EFFORT ha.

TODAY:
Breakfast - Oatmeal WITHOUT honey!
Lunch - 2 Carrots, 2 Stalks of Celery, Serving of Hommus
Dinner - Unsure
Snacks - Cup-A-Soup OR Tuna on Crackers

Target Weight for next Monday: 55.0kg
Loss of 0.5kg

Thats totally possible. Then I have to lose 0.5kg per week until I go to Queensland!

TODAY:
Breakfast - Cheerios w/ Milk
Lunch - 3 Medium Carrots + 50g Hommus
Snacks - 4 Cruskits w/ Tin of Sweet Chilli Tuna
Dinner - Unsure

I was STARVING at 10:30am this morning. I had cheerios at about 9am... its amazing what fills you up and what doesn't. Oatmeal fills me up so much more, and its less calories.

I started work at 1030 today so i went to the supermarket and bought lots of snacks for this week. Thai Red Curry Soup, Cruskits and tins of tuna, Pasta Cup a Soups and some equal tablets for my coffees.

Been so bloody hectic at work. Finished work at 7pm last night, got home couldnt be bothered cooking my soup so I ate the KFC my family got. I ate a drumstick, thigh piece, chips, a few bits of popcorn chicken and some potato and gravy.

Eughhhhhhhhh...

Yep.

Also got paid today. I have to learn some control cause i wanna save up as much as possible for Queensland.

I've also gotta get my pant suit off laybuy this week. Its from portmans, size 8 pants and size 6 jacket! The pants were a little tight, but im 2.5kg lighter now so hopefully they fit percetly!
