Hi Guys,

I bought a Tai Chi dvd on the weekend (on a whim) and it is totally not for me. Here is a link to the dvd http://www.aokhealth.com/tai-chi-intermediate-dvd.asp I was wondering if anyone wanted to swap me for an exercise dvd or something. I dont care if its second hand... Just wanted to let everyone know that I have swapped the Tai Chi DVD. Thanks for all enquiry, and hopefully in a month or so I might have another one to swap :D
