I am puzzled with what to do about eating in various parties and festivities around this season. Every event, every weekend (sometimes twice) serve the same cakes, cookies, wines etc. What can I eat / drink and not spoil my diet during this month full of celebrations? Would you rather take the alcohol or eat the sweet stuff? I think people won't think I am a party booper if I enjoy one thing with them properly. I don't want to feast on everything that's served, I have already heaps around my waist to get rid of...But I also don't want to be the person who stays at home because she can't eat/drink a thing...
