Hi I have 21 years and want to lose weight the doctor tells me that last 5 kilos but I'm always trying to lose weight, but what I do is climb over and the truth and I do not know what to do and nothing I diet underwriting year and now nose to do

Yours is a small problem, I'm about to undergo a gastric baipass, x that I have twice my weight. I recommend you go to an endocrinologist to see if you got hypothyroidism is not serious! solves with medication so maybe you can not lose weight. Good luck and you can get those extra pounds.

Planning to loss weight is a challenging plan of action.We must have proper discipline top ourselves especially when it comes to diet and exercise.

I have found that doing sensible things like having a proper diet (no binging on junk food), drinking lots of water and moderate exercise will help you lose weight almost every time. No need to go on any starvation crash diets, just eat sensibly.

yeah, i agree. it's all a matter of discipline. we also have to know our goals, put a timeframe and focus on it. :D I'm also having a hard time losing weight. tried different diet programs already but still i'm on hundreds :x

but right now, i'm more focused.

I totally agree dont do anything drastic. Start with a realistic change, like cut out full sugar soda drinks and replace with water. Do that for a week. Then make another small change, like switch any breads from white to wholegrains. Add in more movement. Anything. Good luck.
