Week 2: 66.7kg

well i lost a kilo....but only after putting one on.

i lost a kilo the week before this challenge started and was stoked and then spent 24 hours with hubby dearest eating rubbish and too much of and late at night and surprise surprise my kilo came back. wont be doing that this week

So a loss of 1kg

From now on however, I am going to focus on my waist measurement. I find that I get disheartened and obsessed by the scales. I have changed my ticker to waist measurements instead of weight and am aiming to loose 1cm per week.

LW; 83cm
CW: 82cm

OK back from my holiday today and weighed in at 97Kgs.. very happy with that as only put on a kilo and a half while away..

Aim is 87Kgs..

Wow! So glad you are back on board Hels.. I had a feeling you'd make a reappearance for this challenge.. top effort this week and getting under that threshold should give you some massive confidence and motivation.. am glad for you..

CONGRATS godess!!! thats fantastic for you! and that has really put a giant kick up my ass!!lol
so my weight results for this week are as follows

start weight 97.5
current weight 96.7

that is a loss of .8kg ARGH so close!!

will just have to work a little harder this week!

Weight lost for the challenge 1.7kg (-1.5% original weight)

Goal Weight at end of 12 weeks : 99kg

Hi all,

Today's weight is: 71.8 kg (-0.6 kg).

Not as much as I had hoped, but at least it is a loss...promise to try more this week!

Total GW: 61.2kg

Well, I gained

75.6kgs = 700gram gain.
It is that time of the month though... excuses excuses!!

Week 2: 90.5kg

Slight gain, but I did meet my exercise goal and have also been doing a fair bit of weights.
Hopefully I will have a better result for this week.
