I'm calorie counting and eat approx 2000 cals a day, and burn off at least 300 cals. Plus i burn 800 cals twice or three times a week with walking and doing strength exercises.
Its not showing on the scales but i've got more energy, my moods are improving and i'm fitting into my clothes comfortably.![]()

In the next week i'd really really reeaallly like to see some numbers drop. Can anyone tell me if the calories i'm sticking to are a good number? I'm 163cm tall and weigh 118kg.
