Well i'm just adding some discussion as my weigh in isn't till Sunday (so got heaps of the week left!) but as it's the half way mark and i'm WAAAAAY off the mark of losing a kilo a week for the entire challenge i either have to reevaluate my goal or increase the workload i'm doing while decreasing calorie intake... which is tough. Only time i can exercise is 6.30pm till dark. Then i can do weights when i get home. So.... not swimming with opportunities. Luckily the food i'm eating is good and sustainable as i haven't really had to cut too much and i'm not doing any extra calorie counting. Just cutting portions and drinking water and fruit + veg before deciding if i'm actually hungry to want some meat. I think each week my body is looking better (as did a lot of weights sessions this week in the air conditioning due to perth being soooo fricking hot even after work) even despite not losing weight each week. Had a freak out moment yesterday where i thought i'd busted the surgery i had to my back while doing some squats and rushed off to the mirror to check out my scar tissue. (probably just nerves mucking around being annoying!).
Anyway... just felt like a bit of a vent/chat/discussion. Hmmm.... this week isn't looking good till thursday.

Have an evening meeting from 6pm till 9pm after work tomorrow and then goodbye drinks for a work colleague on wednesday... stupid social events!!! I don't care about anyone else if they want to mess with my fitness schedule!!!! ROAAAAAARRRRR!!!.....
