Still here. Do my weigh ins on the sunday.
Habits that I have maintained over the 10 weeks so far:
-1x multivitamin in the morning
-3 Litres of water minimum a day (with an effort made to drink at least ~500mL before each meal)
-2 x omega 3 tablets in the morning
-Less bad fat in my diet and less processed food (was easy enough to do as I moved offices so now I have a "make your own sandwhich" place below me where I can pick out nice wholemeal bread and fresh salad.
-3 x weights session minimum per week (and have been ramping up the weights as I've been progressing... have already got a few comments about bulking up a bit

)
Habits i'm struggling to do:
-Goal was to get 3 x exercise into my routine... but i've seemed to get bored with stuff and not very good at exercising after 7.30pm (which has been about when i've been getting home from work [work 8am-5pm usually]). Only getting 1 x session the last couple of weeks hence stagnated the weight loss BUT i have maintained it.
