Wow!! I read everyones and it seems like everyone is doing great, in one way or another!! Good job guys!!

I weighed myself today and was 103.3kgs which is a gain of 300gms but that doesnt bother me because after my easter binge/pig out I went up to 104.9kgs so to me I feel happier and ready to get back onto it with a loss next weigh in!! Excited!! :-)

Am weighing it at 64kg (finally) lol
We're in one of our busy times of the year here so on top of my normal exercise (every day!) there's lots of other activity going on which helps.

AM very happy with my exercise this week - did an hour each day including finishing week 2 of the couch to 5km programme. So far so good!

SW: 89.9kg
CW: 88.2kg

A loss of 1.7kg this week!!! Yay! And that was with only 3 exercise sessions last week, 2 of which were only half an hour or less lol. Went for a 40 minute power walk/jog on Sunday and again today, hoping to do this everyday this week! Listening to Led Zeppelin helps get those legs moving too :p sooo happy to see everyone has had great results this week! Let's do this thing!!!
