My aim by 23rd March is 89.9 Kgs

MASSIVE weekend of partying, plenty of beer buttried to be good on the food side but even so was surprised to see me spot on 100 Kgs this morning..
Fortunately these weekends are a one off these days..

Hey everyone I had a good 1st week with my 1200 a day calories so today I weighed myself and I have lost 1.6 kg!!!!! I dont know if thats a good amount lol but its weight lost so im happy!!!
HI everyone Just another weigh in for me. I will have to do it on sundays so i hope thats ok So I have been doing the 1200 cals a day and exercise and drinking water like its going out of fashion!! and here is what I got.....
SW 96kg CW 93.4 GW 68kg
So as you can see from previously I only dropped one kilo but I will keep going only 25 kilos to go .......
Down 1.9kg in a month, which I am really pleased about to be honest. I haven't exercised with any regularity lately and I have an underactive thyroid, so I am really pleased my weight is going down.
