New 12 Week Challange for 2013

2013 New Challenge for all to participate.
Lets get motivated, lets be accountable and weigh in each week and set ourselves some goals.
Below is a template to use, start the challenge under your heading copy the weeks below and weigh in the same day each week. Place your weight down and what you have lost or not lost for that week after. You might even to start with say that your goal is to lose 500g per week so set your end goal 6kilos less from your starting weight. Put it out there.
Having to report in each week is a great way to track your progress and see how others are doing as well.
