New here and trying Duromine

I started duromine lask week and the only side effect I've had is a dry mouth. I do however have this feeling in my stomach. I'm not sure how to descripe it other than its kinda like the feeling I use to get when I was really hungery. Does this mean its not working on me and I may need a higher dose?
