These are a great little snack and a touch more on the healthier side! Enjoy 1 at a time!

Ingredients:
50g butter
50g dark chocolate (70%)
15g cocoa powder
50g oats
1 egg
160g wholmeal SR flour
40g brown sugar
25g pumpkin or sunflower seeds
1 tspn vanilla extract
1/2 tspn baking powder
50ml skim milk
1 ripe banana, mashed
150ml low-fat natural yoghurt
METHOD:
1. Preheat over to 180 C (for fan forced)
2. Melt butter and chocolate together (in microwav or over a pot) and set aside to cool (put don't forget about it).
3. Mix all dry ingredients into bowl and make a well in the middle, add all wet ingredients to mixture including the chocolate/butter mix. Spoon into prepared muffin tins and bake for 15-18 minutes or until well risen.
4. Cool on wire tray, and then enjoy - 1 at a time.
