Banana Pancakes

Im seeing this recipe getting around in a lot of areas im watching so thought I might share it with you guys,
one egg
one egg white
mashed banana,
now nobody is really saying what you do with it but im thinking
egg whites whisk
fold in egg yellow

fold in mashed banana

spray pan with spray oil....

then maybe lemon juice on top and some strawberries...
or even yogurt

im going too give it ago sometime next week,but boy do they look nice...

and as im always talking about points its
1 point for the egg
nil egg white
1 point banana
probably 1 point yogurt
and one point for strawberries...

too easy

when I make them I will post a photo...

Sounds good...but make sure you only have a healthy portion or you could end up having too much of a good thing!

Seriously, this is a good recipe, gluten free and very low in calories.
Though it's not necessary, it may be worthwhile adding a little baking powder to make the pancakes really fluffy

My gf has celiac disease,
and this is a gluten free recipe for any other
celiac's out there...

Shes coming for morning tea Monday so
I will make them for her and post a photo..

A useful one to remember then. My wife's friend is like that. She came over the other day...and I was forced to do a shop for gluten free nibbles. Wasn't a cheap outing...recipes like this can save me money!
