Orange, Pear And Lemon Juice Recipe

Oranges are high in fibre, vitamin C, folate, potassium, and an array of phytochemicals, which help fight age-related diseases.

Pears are also very good for us and contain nutrients such as calcium, phosphorus, iron, vitamin A, thiamine, riboflavin and niacin.

Mixed with lemons, which themselves are high in vitamin C, help lower cholesterol levels, and are believed to have anti-cancer effects, and you have a nutrition packed drink that tastes great.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 3 navel oranges, peeled
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 1 packham pear, quartered (or buree bosc if you like)

Recipe Method:

  1. Place all ingredients in juicer or blender and mix until blended.
  2. Serve immediately.
