Peach Mango Smoothie Recipe

Smoothies are an efficient and easy way to get a daily dose of fruit and dairy.

Because smoothies can be made with almost any fruit, you can make them taste just the way you like.

This smoothie can make a quick breakfast drink or can be served with our pikelets with caramelised banana. Feel free to substitute the honey for golden syrup if you like.

Peach Mango Smoothie Recipe

This Recipe Serves 2.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 400ml Low fat milk
  • ¾ cup peach and mango reduced fat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Recipe Method:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until combined.
  2. Serve immediately in your favorite glass.

Additional Comments:

Delicious served with pikelets and caramelized bananas or on its own.
