Fruit Sticks
We've used Mandarines, Apples and Grapes in this recipe, but any type of solid fruit in season at the time can be used such as strawberries, pears, cantaloupe and honey dew melon.

Ingredients
- 1 mandarin, peeled
- 1 apple, diced
- 8 grapes (stem removed)
- 4 strawberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Yoghurt for dipping
- 8 Wooden skewers
Method
- 1Thread mandarin, apple and grape pieces on to the wooden skewers.
- 2Using a brush, brush lemon juice over the top of the fruit skewers.
- 3Serve immediately with yoghurt of your choice.
