Healthy Potato Snack Recipe

Sometimes we all crave things like hot chips and french fries because nothing hits the spot quite like them. This healthy hot potato snack allows you to satify those cravings and also be true to your weight loss diet.

This is one of the simplest recipes you'll ever find and therefore only takes minutes to prepare and cook. They make a great alternative to potato crisps when you're watching a movie at home.

Healthy Potato Snack Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 600g New or Baby Potato
  • Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Sprinkle of Dried Rosemary leaves
  • Teaspoon Salt

Recipe Method:

  1. Preheat Oven 200C.
  2. Cut potatoes sized around 1 inch.
  3. Place into bowl and add olive oil and dried rosemary stirring to coat all pieces.
  4. Place onto baking tray lined with baking paper.
  5. Place in oven cooking for around 15 mins, ensure you turn over around 10min.
  6. Once out of oven sprinkle salt evenly over potatoes.
