Quick Muesli Slice Recipe

This is a very simple slice to prepare and is delicious to eat.

Made with the goodness of mixed dried fruit, rolled oats, pecans, almonds and sweetness of golden syrup, you may not be able to resist eating just one. Perfect for kids lunch boxes or work snack.

Quick Muesli Slice Recipe

Recipe Serves:

This Recipe makes 12 small slices.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 x 75g pack pecans, roughly chopped
  • 50g flaked almonds
  • ½ cup mixed dried fruit
  • 1 cup rolled oats 
  • 1/4 cup golden syrup

Recipe Method:

  1. Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and stir well until all combined.
  2. Press firmly into small slice tin, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Cut into pieces and store in the refrigerator until use.

Additional Comments:

Quick to make and delicious, what more could you ask for in a healthy snack.

Feel free to substitute the pecans for walnuts if you prefer.
