Scones with Honey Apricot and Banana Recipe

This is a very simple snack to prepare. The apricots can be substituted for other dried fruit for example pitted dates or sultanas.

The banana can be mashed with honey and served on top that way if desired. Scones can be purchased from bakerys and supermarkets.

Scones with Honey Apricot and Banana Recipe

This Recipe Serves 1.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 large scone, halved
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 6 dried apricots
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • Pinch cinnamon powder
  • Honey (extra to serve)

Recipe Method:

  1. 1. Place halved scones on plate.
    2. Spread with honey.
    3. Place dried apricot on top and top with banana.
    4. Sprinkle banana with cinnamon and drizzle with extra honey to serve.
