Client testimonials: “I joined the Challenge as a motivation in maintaining and improving my fitness level. My goal was to improve on my fitness level and also shed some belly fat. I built some muscle, reduced some belly fat and improved on my fitness level. The coaches helped by guiding and motivating me, and pushed me to the level I didn't know I could get to.”
Ben, VIC
“Coaching Zone and the 6 Week Challenge has been a massive help in getting my health and fitness back on track. I feel a lot more confident after losing weight, building some lean muscle and I now have a regular routine training either morning or afternoon.”
Daniel, NSW
“Before joining the Coaching Zone 6 Week Challenge I was feeling lazy, unmotivated and unhealthy. Since completing the 6 Week Challenge I have created a healthy routine of training 5 days a week. I am now feeling physically and mentally stronger with more energy and better sleep.”
