“Shane Delange, within the last two years, you and functional patterns have turned my life around. No longer am I stressed and consumed by chronic pain. Your passion and genuine interest in helping me has been phenomenal. Thank you so much!”
“I've been working with Shane for over a year. I came to him for help with kyphosis and the significant movement dysfunction it had created. Shane took a completely different approach. He broke down my specific dysfunctions in a way I could actually understand. We've been progressively rebuilding my movement patterns and retraining the right muscles to do their job. It's not an overnight fix as we are undoing years of dysfunction but I feel the difference every day. If you're serious about improving how your body moves and want a long-term approach, I can't recommend Shane highly enough.”
“I've had scoliosis all my life and when I enquired with Shane I was also suffering from a long term brain injury (post concussion syndrome). I was told that it was impossible to improve my scoliosis without surgery; however in six months, Shane helped me functionally and visibly straighten my spine, thus reducing pain and increasing mobility. My spine actually decompressed and lengthened, giving me an additional 2cm on my height.”

“I just finished spending the last two weeks training here. The place has a great vibe, no meat heads just regular everyday people wanting to stay fit. A great range of equipment for a community gym and I really like the 10m/10m no equipment zone. I found myself doing all the warm down exercises I can't usually do after a weight session. This allowed me to train pain free pretty much everyday. I highly recommend this gym if your on holidays in Torquay and want to maintain your gains. Shout out to Olsen and Jasper for all your support and great job creating such a wonderful oasis away from my in-laws on holidays haha”
