“I've been training for a few years now but have always struggled with my diet. Chris has helped me lose 16Kg! all while getting stronger! Chris knows a lot about nutrition but what sets him apart is his ability to compose an extremely tailored meal plan for any lifestyle. I highly recommend Chris for any nutrition needs!”
“We have been training with Susan McPhillamy for the past 3 months; we train as a couple two days per week. We are new to the Gym and we're very unsure and not confident on how to use weights and equipment, Susan has shown us how to feel confident in using weights ie kettlebells, so we are able to train on our own when we come into the gym. Susan always makes us feel welcome, she always greets us with a smile (as do the the rest of the staff), she is very positive and super encouraging to help us achieve our goals she makes us work hard but we have a lot of fun and lots of laughs along the way. Find Susans eye for detail amazing she always ensures our technique is correct to avoid injury. Susan has a great knowledge of injury prevention, rehabilitation and good health we always look forward to our PT sessions with Susan and walk out feeling energised and looking forward to our next session. We highly recommend Susan she is AWESOME.”
