As part of my training, Edu measures my body composition periodically, which looks at measurements like muscle mass, metabolic age and visceral fat levels. Being able to review this has helped me see and understand how my fitness is improving thanks to my training. Overall, I would highly recommend Edu. His use of Pilates, high intensity, strength and mobility training makes his approach to training dynamic and challenging (in a good way). 10/10 would train again with Edu!
