Nutrition For Living
About
I combine a passion for food with science-backed nutrition to guide your health journey. I believe in the power of individuality—each person has their own path to a healthier gut, and I'm here to help you find yours. With personalised support, potential elimination diets to discover your triggers, and meal plans that fit into your life, I'll focus on reducing inflammation and achieving real food freedom.
I'm passionate about creating an empowering space for clients, especially those living with eating disorders or navigating mental health challenges. My approach is trauma-informed, empathetic, and recovery-focused, because I believe that good nutrition starts with feeling understood and supported. As an advocate for inclusivity, I'm dedicated to offering care that's affirming and respectful of all identities, including those in the LGBTQIA+ community.
Motivated by my own experiences with IBS, I focused on learning all I could about managing gut health conditions.
Approach: Trauma-informed, empathetic, recovery-focused, inclusive and affirming (LGBTQIA+ friendly). Practical and personalised; describes herself as easy to talk to, including about sensitive gut/toilet issues. Science-backed but holistic.
Weight Loss Approach
Evidence-based, personalised nutrition planning. Weight management support is offered as part of broader chronic disease and gut health care, including tailored meal plans. No explicit mention of calorie-deficit or HAES framework; focus is on food trigger identification, sustainable habits, and addressing underlying conditions.
