Belinda Wilkinson – Additive Free Dietitian
About
Hello! I'm Belinda Wilkinson, an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) based on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula. I specialise in additive free, whole-food nutrition, helping individuals and families understand food additive sensitivities, intolerances, and everyday nutrition for better health.
With formal qualifications in nutrition and commerce, I bring together a science-based approach and real-world food industry experience to make healthy eating simple and achievable. Having worked in food procurement, I understand how sourcing and additives affect the quality of what we eat, and why transparency truly matters. Food should be simple, real, and nourishing.
I focus on fresh, seasonal, additive free ingredients that support energy, gut health, and disease prevention, without unnecessary restriction or confusion. My approach is practical and evidence-based, empowering you to make confident food choices that fit real life.
Approach: Passionate and personable; practical, evidence-based, and empowering. Focuses on making additive-free eating simple, realistic, and sustainable without unnecessary restriction.
