About
Hi! I'm Ben, an Accredited Practising Dietitian based in Melbourne, Australia. I specialise in weight management, diabetes and nutrition for older adults.
My goal is to help you navigate the complexities of food and nutrition so you can reach your health and wellbeing goals through simple, clear and effective steps. I provide personalised, evidence-based nutrition support to empower you to reach your health and nutrition goals. I promote sustainable lifestyle changes and support you to turn your small steps into small wins.
I offer consultations from my friendly Sandringham clinic or can connect via telehealth. Whether you are looking to manage your weight better, eat well with diabetes or navigate your health journey with confidence, I am here to support you through your health journey one step at a time!
