About
Accelerate Nutrition offers: 'There's no single way of eating that suits everyone, and that's okay. Our job is to help you find balance in your eating without unnecessary restriction.' On weight support: 'If you've been told to just lose weight without being offered real support or advice, you're not alone.
Our clinical dietitians offer weight concern support that's focused on your health, your lifestyle, and your relationship with food—not just the number on the scale… No weigh-ins unless you ask for them. No shame, no blame, no rigid plans. Yes to nuance, lived experience, and practical advice.
' On private clients: 'You don't need a referral. You don't need a diagnosis. You just need to be ready to have a chat about food… It starts with conversation.
No awkward weigh-ins. No being told which foods to cut out. Just a relaxed chat about your health, your routine, and what you want from food.
Approach: Warm, compassionate, practical; non-judgmental; listens before planning; no food rules or shame; person-first and respectful of lived experience; builds realistic habits rather than imposing rigid plans.
Weight Loss Approach
Person-first, compassionate approach focused on sustainable habit change and relationship with food rather than scales or restriction. No weigh-ins unless requested. No rigid food rules or shame.
Explores eating patterns, appetite, emotional/stress eating, and builds realistic long-term food routines. Acknowledges weight is complex (genetics, hormones, medication, life). Focuses on how the client lives, not how much they weigh.
Supports patients who are starting or considering weight loss medications such as Ozempic or Wegovy, mentioned as part of weight support services. Provides nutritional guidance around these medications as prescribed by doctors.
