About
I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian and a member of Dietitians Australia. I have a Masters Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Sydney. After graduating, I worked at Prince of Wales Hospital, Randwick, gaining invaluable experience in many areas of Clinical Dietetics.
I then worked at Lismore Base Hospital and Casino Community Health, with 18 years experience as a Clinical Dietitian. I have had a private practice since 2007 at Alstonville and until recently at Casino. I am passionate about food and nutrition and the role it plays in improving the health and quality of life to members of the community.
I offer individual or family consultations to develop personalised meal plans or dietary recommendations based on the most recent scientific evidence, group workshops and presentations, and supermarket tours.
