About
Hi, I'm Deanna, Accredited Practising Dietitian and mum to three little ones. I have worked in nutrition and dietetics for over eleven years, both here in Australia, and overseas, in Canada. I am passionate about paediatric nutrition, gut health and sports dietetics, and I have completed further education in these areas.
I'm here to empower you with the skills and confidence to support you and your family to love food again. My approach will set you up for a future of eating that enables you to thrive. At High Country Nutrition and Dietetics, we believe that everyone deserves access to clear, evidence-based nutrition support.
You are the expert on your own body, and our role is to guide and support you on your journey toward better health.

- Gp Chronic Condition Management Plan: 5 allied health sessions per calendar year; rebate approximately $61.80 per visit. Eligible for conditions including diabetes, cancer, high cholesterol, weight concerns, IBS. No bulk billing — fee paid upfront, Medicare claim made on client's behalf.
- Eating Disorders Plan: Up to 20 sessions per calendar year; rebate approximately $61.80 per visit.

Book a Consultation
50 minutes. Includes: analysis of current and past medical history (blood tests, medications), lifestyle and symptom assessment, dietary assessment (meal patterns, relationship with food, likes/dislikes), goal-setting to create an individualised plan. Food diary 2-3 days prior may be helpful but not required.
