Family Nourishment is a private practice founded by paediatric dietitian Delfa Kaabi, who created the practice with the passion to empower families to support their child's nutritional health and bring joy to family mealtimes. As a mum of 2, Delfa truly understands the challenges of feeding children. She is committed to providing a family-centred approach that supports parents to understand the causes of feeding difficulties and help their children learn to eat at a pace that respects their readiness to progress through a variety of food types and textures.
Delfa also loves cooking and making nutrition and food simple and a fun part of life.
