Hi, I'm Dom! I'm a Sports Dietitian, Nutritionist, and Personal Trainer with over 13 years of professional experience coaching women in health, fitness and nutrition. After coaching over 600 women, I've seen and heard it all.
Fitness and nutrition aren't one-size-fits-all, but there are principles that apply to everyone wanting to achieve fat loss and muscle growth. My approach to coaching is supportive, comprehensive and knowledge-based - with a side of 'you can train harder than that' - because real results come from being guided properly, but also knowing when to be pushed past your comfort zone. I offer fully personal, customised plans that actually fit your lifestyle - no extremes, no one-size-fits-all plans, just sustainable progress and support.
Whether you want 1:1 coaching, a group 12-week challenge, or a low-cost self-led membership, I have an option for you.
