About
I'm on a mission to empower women to take charge of their health without dieting or restriction. There's a LOT of nutrition information out there, and it can feel impossible to know which advice to follow. I can help you cut through the noise and develop a nutrition plan tailored to you.
Whether you're struggling with the symptoms of PCOS or endometriosis, trying to conceive, eating for two, or navigating perimenopause, I'm here to help you make sense of your symptoms and gain control of your health. I take a client-centred approach that reinforces you as the expert in your own life, provides tools for lasting behaviour change, and supports you through challenges with structure and accountability.
Approach: Nurturing, welcoming, client-centred, and non-restrictive. Described as caring and knowledgeable by clients. Uses behavioural change methodology with accountability, realistic goal-setting, and a 'food as medicine' philosophy. Anti-diet; focuses on adding foods rather than restriction.
Weight Loss Approach
Non-diet, anti-restriction approach focused on empowering women without dieting. Uses behavioural change methodology, client-centred care, and evidence-based nutrition. Emphasises addressing root causes of symptoms rather than weight loss as the primary goal.
Sets realistic, achievable goals with accountability and long-term sustainable strategies.

Client Reviews
“Gia is the most caring, full-of-knowledge dietitian I have ever been to. Nothing is too much trouble for her. She will answer any questions I have either in my appointment or via messages. She goes above and beyond to help her patients. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gia to anyone who needed food advice, to get back to leading a healthy life. Thank you Gia for all the support you have given to me.”

“I have been visiting Gia now for quite sometime on female-related issues. She has taught me so much on what my body is doing hormonal-wise, what it needs and how to deal with perimenopause. I highly recommend Gia and wouldn't be where I am today without her time, knowledge, and the kind, caring person she is.”
— Cherie
“Gia has been so helpful in managing my autoimmune disease over the past few months. I put off seeing a dietitian for years because I thought they would restrict me from eating foods I love but Gia has worked with me to find foods to add into my diet to reduce my symptoms, increase my energy and leave me feeling healthier overall – all while still being able to enjoy eating out at restaurants and cooking meals with flavour.”
