Glow Dietetics
About
At Glow Dietetics, our mission is simple: to help women feel well, confident, and supported through mid-life and beyond, using practical, personalised nutrition that fits real life. Mid-life can bring unexpected changes - digestion feels different, energy dips, weight distribution shifts, and what once 'worked' no longer does. I'm Hannah Slattery, an APD with over 14 years' experience across private practice and private hospital settings.
Throughout my career, I've worked closely alongside gastroenterologists, supporting people with complex digestive conditions. As a mum to three young girls with a FIFO husband, I truly understand how busy life can be. Most women don't need more rules, guilt, or complicated advice - they need guidance that fits into real life.
My approach is grounded in counselling skills, behaviour change, compassion, and zero judgement. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all plans. I work alongside you to build habits that support your gut, hormones, and long-term wellbeing.
Approach: Compassionate, non-judgmental, behaviour-change focused. Practical and realistic rather than prescriptive. Whole-person approach connecting gut health, hormones and lifestyle. 'Progress not perfection' philosophy.
Weight Loss Approach
Evidence-based, behaviour change focused approach. Emphasises sustainable, realistic changes rather than rigid meal plans or calorie restriction. Focuses on what works for the individual, especially addressing hormonal and metabolic changes in mid-life women.
Philosophy is 'progress not perfection' - feeling nourished not restricted, building habits that support gut health, hormones and long-term wellbeing.
