About
As founder of Jennie Lane Health Coaching in 2004, now Northern Beaches Health Coaching, Jennie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and has built a successful practice supporting clients across the Northern Beaches of Sydney and beyond. She offers face to face appointments in Brookvale every 4 weeks alternating with telehealth consultations. Jennie enjoys working with individuals and families and has significant experience supporting clients with Disordered Eating, Food Intolerance, Digestive Disease including IBS and IBD, the low FODMAP and RPAH low chemical diets, Diabetes, Heart Disease and Malnutrition.
Over Jennie's many years of practice she has developed a special interest in eating behaviour and our relationship with food. Utilising mindfulness and non-dieting approaches during coaching sessions Jennie has supported clients to be free from food rules, trust their intuition and have more enjoyment and freedom with eating.
