For most people one diet doesn't fit all circumstances, hence the need for a little nutrition fine tuning along the way.

Rebates & Insurance
Medicare
Medicare rebate of approximately $62 per session under a GP Chronic Disease Management Plan (GPCCMP). Up to 5 allied health sessions per calendar year. Full fee paid on day, rebate can be claimed on the spot, next day online, or client can claim themselves. Higher rebate applies if Medicare Safety Net threshold has been reached.
NDIS
NDIS referrals accepted. Prior approval required (arranged via doctor or case manager) before appointment.
DVA
DVA provider. Home visits available for DVA (Veterans Affairs) clients in the local Bayside/South-East Melbourne area. Prior approval required before appointment.
Private Health
HICAPS machine available for on-the-spot claims. Rebates vary by fund; clients advised to check coverage before attending. Telehealth appointments also eligible for partial rebates from most private health insurers.
Referral
Self-referral available. GP referral required only if claiming Medicare (Care Plan/GPCCMP) or for DVA/NDIS clients (prior approval needed).
