Weight Loss Approach
Evidence-based nutrition advice focused on sustainable lifestyle changes including healthy eating, physical activity and overall wellness. Personalised approach recognising each client's unique needs.
Judith has written about supporting patients on injectable weight loss medications, specifically addressing how to maintain adequate protein intake to preserve muscle mass when appetite is reduced on these medications.
