I'm Karen, founder of Hunter Dietetics. I have over 20 years of experience working in hospitals, aged care facilities, food service, community and private practice dietetics, where I have supported my clients to improve their health. I am passionate about lifestyle medicine and the Mediterranean approach – the small tweaks we can all make to improve our health through nutrition, activity, sleep and stress management.
