Hey, we're Laura and Pip, Accredited Practising Dietitians and co-founders of Flora Health, a Newcastle-based clinic specialising in women's health, paediatric, and family nutrition. We provide evidence-based nutrition care for women, children, and families across Newcastle and the Hunter region. Our services include women's health support, paediatric and family nutrition, and eating disorder or disordered eating recovery.
Our goal? To help you quiet your inner food critic, ditch the food guilt, and ease the mental load, so that food feels simple, not stressful, to help you live a fuller, healthier life. We help make food feel easier, less overwhelming, and more doable through flexible nutrition support that grows with you.

Medicare
Medicare rebates available via Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP) or Team Care Arrangement (TCA) — up to 5 allied health appointments per calendar year at $60.35 rebate per session. For eating disorders, up to 20 dietitian appointments under an Eating Disorder Treatment and Management Plan (EDP). GP referral required to access Medicare rebates.
Private Health
Private health rebates are available (mentioned for eating disorder support at Warners Bay location). Specific funds not listed.
Referral
No referral required for self-funded appointments. GP referral required to access Medicare rebates (CDMP, TCA, or EDP).

90-minute initial consultation. Includes thorough medical and nutrition history, determination of health goals, and provision of initial tips and strategies. Information gathered is used to create a personalised nutrition plan.
A $50 deposit is required to secure the booking.
