About
I'm an ex-tour guide turned progressive Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), sports dietitian, lecturer and speaker. I founded Nutrition Nation in 2015, a nutrition behaviour coaching service that targets the underlying cause of overweight and obesity. My passion stems from my own journey — I was once overweight, struggling through physical and psychological cycles of dieting.
I discovered I needed to look at my behaviours around eating and exercise rather than just cutting calories. I began changing unhealthy habits one at a time, and the weight disappeared for good. At Nutrition Nation, we're a team of APDs dedicated to helping women — and others — cut through the noise with evidence-based nutrition for fertility, PCOS, endometriosis, gut health, weight management, diabetes, and heart health.
