About
Most of the women I work with have spent years trying diets, cutting foods, and starting again every Monday. Now, as they move through perimenopause, their body feels different and weight feels harder to shift. My approach isn't about another strict plan.
Many women have spent years being told that weight loss means restricting more and more foods. Over time, eating becomes stressful, foods become feared, and the cycle of 'I'll start again Monday' keeps repeating. Instead, we strip it back.
By understanding food and how it actually works in your body — especially through the hormonal changes of this stage of life — we rebuild a healthier relationship with food and with yourself. When eating becomes simpler and more supportive, the constant dieting cycle stops. From there, weight loss can happen in a way that is sustainable — while your energy, confidence, and strength as a woman begin to accelerate.
Approach: Non-restrictive, empathetic, and educational. Focuses on simplifying eating, breaking chronic dieting cycles, and rebuilding a positive relationship with food — particularly tailored to women in midlife.
Weight Loss Approach
Sustainable weight loss through rebuilding relationship with food, addressing chronic dieting cycles, and understanding hormonal shifts of perimenopause. Not a restrictive diet approach — focuses on simplifying eating, reducing food stress, and working with the body's hormonal changes in midlife rather than adding more restriction.
