Nicole Rodda
Nicole Rodda Dietetics (consults at Camberwell Medical Group)
About
I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian and a member of Dietitians Australia. I have completed a Bachelor degree in Food and Nutrition Sciences with a Major in Food Science and a Master of Dietetics from Deakin University. I have also completed the Monash University Low FODMAP Diet course.
I believe in establishing a positive relationship with food and understand first-hand how complicated that relationship can be. I am at risk of anaphylaxis to several foods and understand how a restricted diet can affect many aspects of your life. I have great empathy for clients requiring specific diets and can provide relevant support and recommendations for different conditions.
My aim is to ensure that you are able to enjoy the foods you love, whilst also reaching your health goals.
Approach: Empathetic, evidence-based; prioritises positive relationship with food; practical and supportive; draws on personal experience with food allergies
Weight Loss Approach
Evidence-based nutrition advice; aims to ensure clients enjoy the foods they love while reaching their health goals; focuses on establishing a positive relationship with food
