About
I support my patients in achieving their weight goals using all the dietitian tools available. My patients achieve their health goals via nutrition alone or with the help of medications or weight loss surgery. I support patients using medications or surgery to lose weight through their journey from start to finish.
Eating should be one of life's simple pleasures, but instead it can feel confusing and chaotic! I offer no-nonsense nutrition support to people ready to ditch the diet cycle and make peace with food. Feel calm around food and discover a sustainable approach to optimise your health and wellbeing by working with me as your dietitian.
