Rebekka is an experienced Sports Dietitian with a strong interest in gastrointestinal health and female athlete nutrition. She supports clients with a range of gut conditions and is highly experienced in working with vegetarian and plant-based diets. She has a particular interest in helping women through perimenopause, including body composition and performance goals, and is currently completing her PhD in energy availability in female athletes.
Rebekka enjoys working with clients across both sporting and clinical presentations.

Medicare rebates available via Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP) or Eating Disorder Management Plan (EDMP) referral from GP. Cannot also claim private health insurance for same appointment.

No referral required to book. GP referral needed only to access Medicare rebates (CDMP or EDMP).
Book a Consultation
1-hour initial consultation (60 min client-facing + 2 hrs non-client-facing time). Includes thorough assessment of goals, health status and background. A personalised nutrition plan is developed and presented at a follow-up appointment ideally within 7 days.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book.
