Hi, I'm Sallyanne Pisk. A woman who's navigated the ups and downs of life's hormonal transitions and emerged stronger and wiser, having overcome my own battle with food and weight. I also happen to be an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Mindfulness Practitioner, with over 30 years of experience helping others break free from the constraints of dieting and achieve lasting health without the scale.

At Eating for You, we don't do diets. Instead, we take a holistic, step-by-step approach to eating and living that is tailored to your unique health needs and lifestyle. Our coaching programs empower you to become your own expert in nourishing your body, breaking free from non-hunger eating habits, cultivating positive thoughts around food, and fueling both your mind and body with the nourishment they deserve.

Weight Loss Approach
