Hello, I'm Shirley Chan, an Accredited Practising Dietitian with over 20 years of clinical experience. I hold a Bachelor of Science (major in Chemistry) and a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sydney. I started my dietetics career at Singapore General Hospital.
Upon returning to Australia, I worked at Fairfield Hospital before joining Liverpool Hospital, where I later specialised in renal nutrition as the Senior Renal Dietitian. I established my private practice in 2014, providing personalised nutrition therapy for people managing complex health conditions. I believe effective nutrition advice should be realistic, achievable, and rooted in your unique circumstances.
I take time to understand your health background, culture, lifestyle, and food preferences—ensuring care that's both clinically sound and personally meaningful. I speak fluent Cantonese and Mandarin and warmly welcome clients from culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
