Nourishing Nutrition Bendigo
About
At Nourishing Nutrition Bendigo we acknowledge that every person is unique. This is why our Dietitian works with YOU to identify your own personal health goals and how we can achieve them within the framework of YOUR life. Our goal is to help you make lasting, sustainable changes with food.
We take a realistic and practical approach to change, as we understand forming new habits takes time and is not always easy. This includes taking a one-step-at-a-time approach, focusing on how to come back on track rather than 'doing it perfectly', being flexible and adapting goals as needed, and acknowledging that food is part of celebration and enjoyment – and that's ok. Essentially, we aim to work with you to make food changes feel sustainable, achievable and enjoyable.
Approach: Realistic, practical, flexible, and non-judgmental; focuses on sustainable habits rather than perfection; patient-centred and personalised
