The main focus of Nourish Kids is to help individuals and families who are ready to make change, achieve their nutrition goals and then guide them with sustaining those positive lifestyle changes. Whether you're seeking help with faltering growth, underweight, fussy eating, food allergies or any other nutritional concerns relating to your child, each child is individually assessed and provided with a nutrition plan to achieve their parent's goals. Vinotha is very passionate about setting up solid feeding foundations in children for a healthy and more positive relationship with food.
She also prides herself on using a collaborative approach with other health and medical professionals to achieve the goals of her families and to provide a very high level of nutritional care.
