Kayla came with the goal of improving body composition but also finding a training and nutrition structure that keep her compliant and enjoying it over a long period of time was super important to her. Previously she had been very stop, start with her training. What Kayla was able to do really well was keep her bandwidth of variation from the above very small for a long period as opposed to large swings in rigid restrictions and then non compliance. This meant they were very much lifestyle changes that have obviously served her very well.
